When coming to pick up a prize please take note that...
- You will need one piece of valid government issued photo ID to pick up any prize.
PLEASE NOTE: Prizes MUST be picked up by the person who won the prize. Unfortunately we no longer allow anyone else to be able to pick up prizes on someone elses behalf.. If you have won a prize through the 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club it is automatically processed with the winner's information and only the winning member can pick up the prize with valid government issued photo identification that reflects the info given on the 92 CITI FM All Access VIP Club account. - Your prize will be available for 7 days, unless otherwise specified.
