CONTEST RULES
“TOM & JOE WORLD TOUR: TRIP A DAY GIVEAWAY TO LAS VEGAS” ALL ACESS VIP CONTEST
ROGERS BROADCASTING LIMITED
(“Rogers”)

1. (a) “Contest Period" starts at 8:20am on March 8th, 2010 up until 11:59pm on April 15th, 2010, the “Contest Closing Date”. To enter visit www.92.citifm.ca and log onto existing/ join the Access VIP Club account for free by fully completing the sign up information.
Listen weekdays from March 8th – April 15th, with the exception of Friday April 2nd, 2010, at approximately at 8:20 am, 1:20 PM & 3:20 pm, plus look in your Winnipeg Sun every weekday for special All Access VIP World Tour "words".  VIP Members have until 11:59 pm that day to select and enter the correct word at www.92.citifm.ca for 250 points each and automatic entry to win the Tom & Joe World Tour, during the Contest Period. All times are Central Times.
 
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter this Contest without entering the Tom & Joe World Tour words, during the Contest Period, please hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, age, Contest name for which you are entering for a chance to win, and a hand written 100 word letter explaining why you would like to win the prize as outlined and mail it to 4-166 Osborne Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3L1Y8 Attention “Tom & Joe World Tour”. You will receive one (1) entry into the Contest during the entry period for which your request was postmarked and received, to be postmarked by the Contest Closing Date. Limit of one (1) mail-in request per postage stamped envelope per day.
This Contest is sponsored by Rogers, as represented by 92 CITI FM, “92 CITI FM”.

Random draws by a Rogers Broadcasting Limited (“Rogers”) representative, as represented by 92 CITI FM; (“CITI FM”) will be made each day during the Contest Period, each a “Draw Date” from all entries received as of 11:59 pm each Draw Date at 4-166 Osborne Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3L1Y8 on the Tom & Joe Morning Show at approximately 7:20am. Listen to 92 CITI M and if your name is called, call 204-780-CITI (2484) within 15 minutes of hearing your name and you will be eligible to win: one (1), three (3) day trip for two to Las Vegas. This process will continue until we have a selected entrant for this day’s prize up until 9 AM.

Callers will have 5 seconds to respond once the call is answered.  If the telephone line is dead when answered by CITI FM, or no audible response is heard, or no one responds after 5 seconds, CITI FM will answer the next call in sequence and the next call in sequence will replace that call.  In the event a call is cut off before all personal data is collected, CITI FM will make its best efforts to make contact with the cut off caller provided enough personal information was gathered in order to correctly identify the cut off caller.  In the event two (2) or more calls come through on the same line, all such callers will be advised to hang up and try again and the next call in sequence and the next call in sequence will replace that call.
In the event the selected entrant does not call back within 15 minutes, then 92 CITI FM will pick an alternate winner from the bonus code entries at www.92citifm.ca

(b) If a selected entrant declines the prize, or fail to return the signed release and acknowledgment as indicated below, another entrant will be selected on the next business day.

(c) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing    question, another entrant will be selected on the next business day.

(d) You may correctly select and enter up to four (4) "words" per day. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant.  The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder.  A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry.  All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest.
3. Participants will be eligible to win one (1) of twenty-eight (28), trips for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA with a value of approx. $2,500 CAD and which consists of round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from Winnipeg to Las Vegas, accommodations for two (2) for three (3) nights at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino (based on double occupancy) and round-trip airport transfers.

Travel dates: May 27th – 31st, 2010.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Winner/ traveling companion are responsible for any and all charges above and beyond what is offered in their package including, but not limited to, gratuities, spending money, incidental expenses, meals, applicable taxes, transportation while in event city and optional travel insurance etc. We recommend the purchase of medical, accident and baggage insurance. It is the responsibility of the prize winner and traveling companions to obtain and pay for the required identification documents (i.e. passports, visas) for their entry into the visiting country and re-entry into Canada prior to departure. Failing to provide the required documents may result in denied boarding by the air carrier/and or entry by immigration authorities to the visiting country or re-entry into Canada. Rogers is not responsible in this respect and any unused portion of the trip prize will be forfeit. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to check with the airline for baggage restrictions.  Winner and traveling companions must travel together on the same itinerary.  Rogers reserves the right to change the air/hotel for whatever reason in the case of unavailability. 
No responsibility is assumed by Rogers for any other factor beyond its reasonable control, or for a cancelled, delayed, or re-scheduled concert/event for any reason whatsoever. Rogers is not responsible in the event winner and/or guests are refused entry to the concert venue for whatever reason and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. 
 The Contest concludes when all prizes have been awarded or the Contest Closing Date, whichever comes sooner.
4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.  Rogers reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
5. In order to win, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question, posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time.  Rogers judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.
6. Entrants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.
7. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, city of residence and photograph in any publicity carried out by Rogers and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation.  Winners consent to their photograph being taken by Rogers for such use, without further compensation.  All entries become the property of Rogers.
8. This Contest is open to residents of the 92 CITI FM listening area who are 21 years of age as of the date of entry, except employees of Valu-Lots, Dominos Pizza, WestJet, the Winnipeg Sun, Rogers, its parent and affiliate companies; its representatives and agents, the Contest suppliers and those with whom they are domiciled.  The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. 
9. 92 CITI FM is not responsible for packages/ tickets that are lost, misdirected or delayed for any reason whatsoever, in association with this Contest.
10. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. 
11. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Rogers is unaware of how many entrants there may be.  The winners may come from any geographic area, so long as they otherwise qualify to enter the Contest.
12. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Rogers.  Rogers takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.
13.All entries become property of Rogers who assume no responsibility for lost,  stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. Rogers reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Rogers corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Rogers reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
14.Rogers is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest.  No further informational or marketing communications will be received by the entrant unless the entrant provides the Sponsors with explicit permission to do so as indicated on the entry form.  Please see our Privacy Policy at www.rogers.com for full information on the company’s policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.
15.This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Rogers.  Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.
16.The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
